Fun Low-Impact and High-Energy Classes

Low Impact

Senior Stretch

Get ready to move through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered so you can perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness level.

Senior Strength

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance.

Gentle Yoga

Geared specifically for those who are interested in a gentle practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower-paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. No experience or flexibility is required.

High Energy

Zumba

A high-energy dance aerobics class accented by hot playlists and a club-like atmosphere, including laser lights and strobes that will get your heart pumping while you dance like no one watching!

Strength and Agility

Join our fun and supportive group fitness class where you will work on building strength and endurance through a series of circuit workouts.

Yoga Strong

Yoga Strong blends power flow yoga with exercise techniques to specifically increase strength and endurance. It offers the discipline of a yoga practice and intensity options. Classes may include yoga-based flow sequences, body weight exercises, resistance training with hand-held weights, cardiovascular drills, and core-focused training.

Core and Stability

A strong core enhances balance and stability and is the foundation to building strength while limiting risk of injury. This class will support all of that with complete direction and fun group exercises to build camaraderie and strength in an inviting atmosphere.

The place is so clean, friendly and the only gym I know of that people WANT to spend hours at!!! A highlight to any day!
