Circuit training,  free weights,  cardio machines,  and a large studio space with mirrors. It is clean and well maintained. The personal trainers and staff are fantastic, and the members are friendly, supportive, and respectful of each other.  Open 24 hours too. All around an excellent experience.

I posted this review a while back and wanted to update. My opinion of Burn Fitness 24/7 has just gotten better and better over the years! It is a locally owned and operated  gym that can meet every variety of health and fitness needs in and around Verona! Jennifer is vitally interested in her clients and continues to bring in new opportunities for us to explore. Additionally she is a part of the Verona community, as a homeowner was well as a business woman.
