Low impact

For the active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. (Due to covid-19 impacts, this class is currently unavailable)

Utilizing props such as blocks, straps, and chairs to attain precise placement of the body in the asana to maximize the benefit and therapeutic value. Our will be structured to adapt to all students, using multiple variations of each pose for different levels of experience and ability.

 

Get ready to move through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered so you can perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness levels.

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support. (Due to covid-19 impacts, this class is currently unavailable)

Geared specifically for those who are interested in a gentle practice. This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. ... No experience or flexibility required.

High Energy

A high energy dance aerobics class accented by hot playlists, and a club-like atmosphere including laser lights, and strobes that will get your heart pumping while you dance like no ones watching!

A high-intensity, low-impact workout where you can achieve hardcore definition, intense calorie burn, and all over strength.   PiYo was created by fitness professional Chalene Johnson, and has brought many people recognizable success on achieving flexibility and strength among many other health benefits.  This popular class is a combination of pilates and yoga movements choreographed to flow smoothly to music in an intense cardio, and strength building work-out.  (Due to covid-19 impacts, this class is currently unavailable)
