Beth Bird2023-03-22Great place for a serious workout. It's a smaller gym, but has great equipment. Circuit training, free weights, cardio machines, and a large studio space with mirrors. It is clean and well maintained. The personal trainers and staff are fantastic, and the members are friendly, supportive, and respectful of each other. Open 24 hours too. All around an excellent experience.
